About Eaglewood

Eaglewood is a townhome community located on the Woodlands Golf Course in the north end of Sunriver, Oregon.  There are 29 units here, on a street known as  Silver Fir Circle.  From here, you can see the golf course, take a short stroll to the Woodlands Pro Shop or McDivot's Cafe.  Tennis and Pickleball courts are also nearby, as well as the newly expanded North Pool.  The North Pool is reserved for homeowners and their guests (homeowners must be in attendance).  

 

"The Eaglewood Project in Sunriver" was completed in 1989-1990 by Westridge Construction (Steinar R. Christiansen, who was president of Westridge Construction Co., an Oregon corporation, which was the general partner of Eaglewood Limited Partnership).  The 29 townhomes each have a similar floor plan consisting of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and approximately 1855 square feet.  Thirteen of the units are standalone, while sixteen of the units each share a common wall.  Many have been remodeled over the years, so each has its own unique features.  The community has a swimming pool, which is shared by all residents and guests.  

 

The location is in the North End of Sunriver where the walking/biking trails offer easy access to Fort Rock Park, the Deschutes River, the Woodlands Golf Course, and The North Store (gas and groceries).   Not far (a beautiful long walk or bike ride) is The Village at Sunriver and Meadows, Crosswater, and Caldera Golf Courses.  And don't forget all the recreational opportunities along the Cascade Lakes Highway.  

 

Eaglewood has an active homeowners association, with a Board of Directors that works closely with a property manager to help maintain the value and appeal of this community.  It is a great place for families to spend some time enjoying the beauty and joy that can be found in and around Sunriver.
