Community Rules
- Quiet hours are 10pm-7am every day.
- Eaglewood is a townhome community with permanent residents, and each unit is privately owned. Please respect the privacy of spaces immediately surrounding each unit.
- Dogs and cats are the only approved pets allowed in Eaglewood.
- Pets must be on a leash or under reliable voice command with owners in immediate proximity. If an unleashed pet charges or gets too close to a leashed pet the unleashed pet will be at fault in the event of an altercation.
- Owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pet.
- Owners of pets deemed a nuisance may be required to remove such pets from premises.
- Pool use is for owners and their guests or renters only.
- No glass containers are allowed in or around the pool area.
- No alcohol is allowed at the pool.
- Recreational vehicles and/or trailer parking is allowed for up to 48 hours for loading and unloading purposes only.
- Personal items including but not limited to: bicycles, chairs, hammocks, badminton nets, bocce ball, corn-hole, sporting balls, toys, water toys, etc. are not permitted to be left in the common areas overnight.
- All paved areas within Eaglewood are designated as a street (Silver Fir Circle) with parking spaces and driveways. The street should never be used as a park or a place to play ball games, net games, etc.
- Occupants shall exercise extreme care to avoid creating disturbances, making noise, using musical instruments, radios, televisions or amplifiers that disrupt the peaceful enjoyment of residents.
- Parking on the grass is prohibited.
